2-line installation
One line to the cylinder and one line to the tank. For intermittent operation only.
For intermittent operation.

Oil recirculates internally.

Oil is directed through the work port to raise the cylinder.

Oil flows from the cylinder through the relief valve and returns to the tank.
3-line installation
One line to the cylinder and two lines to the tank. For continuous or intermittent operation.
For continuous or intermittent operation.

Oil flows through the pump and returns to the tank.

Oil is directed through the work port to raise the cylinder.

Oil flows from the cylinder, through the lower port, and returns to the tank.

Air Shift Installation Instructions
- The air shift mounts on the WF C101/C102 dump pump in place of the detent end cap.
- Prepare the work area by making sure the environment is clean for assembly and disassembly of the dump pump spool valve.
Preparing the pump/valve spool for air shift kit installation
- Remove the snap ring and washer from the valve spool.
- Remove the detent cap, spring and ball from the valve's end cap.
- Remove the four (4) cap screws and slide the detent cap off the spool.
DO NOT REMOVE THE "O" RING FROM THE VALVE HOUSING
Installation of the air shift kit
- Remove the retainer cap.
- Remove the snap ring / spring retainer / spring / washer.
- Slide the piston assembly out of the cylinder body.
- Remove the setscrew from the piston assembly using a ¼" hex wrench.
- Grease the retainer cap and slide it over the valve spool with the flat face of the cap facing the spool body.
- Assemble the snap ring / spring retainer / spring / washer on the piston.
- Slide the piston over the valve spool, align it and insert the setscrew that attaches the piston to the spool.
- Grease the piston and O-rings.
- Slide the cylinder body over the piston assembly, making sure not to damage the O-rings.
- Secure the assembly using the 4 cap screws supplied.
C101 and C102 hydraulic pumps for dump trucks and hoist trucks
The C101 and C102 hydraulic pumps are gear pumps used in dump and hoist hydraulic systems for trucks, including dump trucks, tipper trucks, trucks with tilting beds and trucks with hoppers.
Technical Union offers C101 and C102 gear pumps in different configurations for hydraulic applications that need the right flow and pressure to drive lifting and dumping systems.
C101 and C102 pumps for dump and hoist trucks
The C101 and C102 gear pumps are a solution for hydraulic systems used in unloading and lifting applications. They can be used in:
- Dump trucks and tipper trucks
- Hoist trucks
- Trucks with tilting beds
- Trucks with hoppers
- Hydraulic dumping systems
- Transport and material handling equipment
- Mobile hydraulic applications
If you need a hoist truck pump, a dump truck pump, a tipper truck pump, a hopper truck pump or a hydraulic dump pump, we can help you select the right C101 or C102 configuration for your system.
C101 hydraulic pump and C102 hydraulic pump
The range includes different configurations of C101 and C102 pumps, with displacement and mounting options to fit different hydraulic systems.
Pump selection should consider factors such as:
- Displacement
- Required flow
- Operating pressure
- Rotation speed (RPM)
- Direction of rotation
- Shaft type and size
- Hydraulic connections
- Mounting configuration
Check the specifications of each model to determine which C101 or C102 pump matches the requirements of your application.
Parker C101 and C102 pump replacement
If you are looking for a Parker pump replacement, a Parker equivalent pump, a Parker C101 replacement, a Parker C102 replacement or an alternative for a Parker hydraulic pump installed on a truck, we can review the requirements of your application.
C101 and C102 pumps can be considered when the goal is to find a replacement or equivalent pump for an existing pump. If you currently use a Parker pump or another brand, send us the part number and the specifications of the installed pump to determine which C101 or C102 configuration may be suitable.
We can review references such as C101D, C101D-20, C101D-25, C101D-2.5, C102D, C102D-20, C102D-25 and C102D-2.5.
To confirm the right replacement, we recommend providing the part number, photos of the pump and, when available, the GPM, PSI, RPM, rotation, shaft, connections and mounting data.
Gear pumps for dump trucks, tipper trucks and hoist trucks
The C101/C102 hydraulic gear pumps can be used to supply hydraulic flow to the lifting systems of truck beds and hoppers. In a dumping application, the pump supplies hydraulic oil to the circuit that drives the cylinder used to raise the truck bed.
For this reason, choosing the right pump is important to get the flow and pressure the application needs.
If you are looking for a gear pump for a dump truck, a gear pump for a tipper truck, a gear pump for a hoist truck, a Parker hydraulic pump for a dump truck or a Parker dump pump, we can review your existing pump and determine the right C101/C102 configuration for your application.
C101/C102 pump replacement and equivalent
If you need a C101 pump replacement, a C102 pump replacement, a C101 equivalent pump, a C102 equivalent pump or a Parker pump replacement, we can help you identify a compatible solution.
If you currently have a Parker pump installed, do not choose the replacement only by brand or outward appearance. It is important to compare displacement, flow, pressure, RPM, rotation, shaft, connections and mounting to make sure the new pump is right for the system.
Do you need to replace your hydraulic pump?
If you need to replace an existing pump, you can send us:
- Pump part number
- Brand and model of the installed pump
- Photos of the pump
- Displacement or flow
- Operating pressure
- RPM
- Shaft type
- Connection type
- Truck or equipment application
With this information we can review the requirements and determine whether a C101 or C102 pump may be a suitable solution for your application.
Request a quote for your C101/C102 pump by sending the part number and the requirements of your hydraulic system.
